Fatherhood Guide & Facilitator
Jason Seeman is a fatherhood guide, educator, and facilitator with over a decade of experience creating programs that have impacted over one million people globally. A devoted father of two and husband of 14+ years, Jason blends personal wisdom with professional expertise to guide men through the transformative journey into fatherhood.
His work is informed by his experiences working with youth and parents in wellbeing, and he is particularly influenced by Aware Parenting. He’s passionate about family and relationships and believes that raising men is essential to supporting mums, kids, and the world at large.

Raising Fathers is a movement, a community, and a resource dedicated to helping men become grounded, connected, and present fathers. We offer programs, mentorship, and experiences that support men through every stage of fatherhood, from pre-conception to early parenting.

First and foremost we support dads, at all stages of the journey, from those considering fatherhood, expecting a baby, and men who have become fathers.
We also work with organisations within and beyond the birth space to support parents more generally.

Yes. Our resources for pre-dads include reflective tools, 1:1 mentoring, and conversation starters for couples. You don’t need to have all the answers, just curiosity and openness.

Not at all. Many of our programs and events, including our Fathers Circles and mentoring sessions, are designed for dads at any stage who want to parent with intention and deepen their relationships.
